New JCM-300-Series of Peltier coolers for continuous emission and process gas monitoring systems.
Sample gas conditioning specialist JCT introduces the JCM-300-Family of Peltier sample gas coolers for all kinds of applications in CEMS and process gas monitoring. The single or dual channel models (JCM-300, JCM-310 and JCM-320) are using JCT’s “next-generation” heat exchanger JHEX-4 with industry’s leading low SO2-washout-rates and other outstanding features based on different body materials (glass, PTFE, stainless steel, PTFE coated aluminum).
The Peltier cooler series JCM-3x can be used for flow rates up to 250 Nl/h and works even at high inlet dew points up to 80°C. The intelligent digital control electronics take care of long term stability and reliability. All models provide optional condensate monitoring and condensate discharge pumps.
JCT offers the JCMF-310 as OEM kit for the integration in customer frameworks. The model JCM-320 can be used either with two cooling stages for hot ambient temperatures or with two independent gas paths.
All models are designed and built for maximum operational safety and minimal maintenance operation.
