G238E Rotary Rubbing Color Fastness Tester is used to detect the dry/wet rubbing color fastness of fabrics and leathers. The tester repeatedly rubs the sample with the white cotton cloth within a certain pressure and a certain stroke for a predetermined number of times. The degree of decolorization of samples such as fabrics, leather, and coatings can be evaluated by comparing white cotton cloth with staining grey scale for color assessment. This provides a basis for improved fabric dyeing, and the good repeatability of experimental data that helps manufacturers to effectively control production and verify product performance.
